Boasting Bulldog and Primal Strength equipment suitable for the experienced regular gym goer or a novice just starting on their fitness journey.
We are located in West London with close proximity to Tube, Train and Bus networks.
In house Treatment room, complimenting and working alongside the Studio, to support Trainers and members ensuring maximum results through prehab, treatment & rehab consultation.

BSPK Fitness was founded by:
Richard Marques and Akis Zissis.
Richard, having dedicated most of his life to leading an active & healthy lifestyle, felt it important to provide a fun, energetic and dynamic training environment focused on clients and trainers alike!
The dream is to build a community of like minded people who come together and work hard at being a better representation of themselves.
Akis, having being born and raised in Ealing and having trained with Richard for over 15 years, always felt something was lacking in the area. This has been an exciting adventure from the initial plans to opening the studio. We feel we have created the perfect space and environment for clients and trainers alike.
