How it works

Happy to Share the space?

Within the Gym Booking calendar, select either Gym Floor Space 1 or Gym Floor Space 2.
You will be charged £12.50.
Select the time you would like to train.
Max capacity 1 in each Gym Floor Space at any time, however, please note that we do offer Personal Training so you may be sharing the gym space with 1 other person and a trainer.

Prefer not to Share the space?

No problem
Within the Gym Booking calendar, you will need to make a booking for Private Gym Floor Space to ensure you have exclusive use of the entire gym.
This will count as 2 bookings & you will be charged £25.00.
Select the time you would like to train.
Max capacity 4 when selecting Private meaning you can train with you and up to another 3 friends.

Registration is quick and easy - all you need to do is provide proof of ID and address. Once validated, you can access our gym via our booking calendar and secure your slot. We’ll even send you a confirmation email containing a unique pin code so that you can enter the gym with ease.
