Richard Marques

Often referred to as the ‘Energiser Bunny’; I’m constantly striving to improve myself both physically and mentally, not only to be the best possible me but also to help educate and motivate clients and those around me to stop making excuses as to why not and look into how it can be achieved.
 

Over the years I have undertaken and participated in a variety of sports, many on a competitive level, and the experience has provided me with the necessary drive and skill set to get you through the the challenges that lay before you.

 

I’m both a Crossfit coach and enthusiastic student, with a passion for the principles of bodybuilding and aesthetics & have an overall love with the human body and maximising potential for improvement physiologically and psychologically.

In addition to this; my work as a Sports Massage Therapist & working with Pre and Post natal clients has not only provided me with a better understanding on preventative and rehabilitative measures but also enabled me to help many clients deal with injury, getting through pregnancy and training through the stresses of day-to-day life.

Meet Yvette, an Accredited Coach in the wellness and leadership sectors, with over 15 years of expertise in Performance Coaching and Leadership Development. A Globally Accredited Professional Coach with the European Mentoring & Coaching Council, Yvette has created a holistic approach to wellness and leadership, proving that you can excel in both your career and health without compromise say goodbye to burnout!

 

Inspired to debunk the myth that professionals must choose between career and health, Yvette integrates leading, evidence-based practices into her coaching. With ongoing certifications in Nutrition, Sleep, Stress Management, Meditation, and Positive Psychology from esteemed institutions like Precision Nutrition and Future Fit, she empowers clients to overcome burnout, manage stress, and achieve a balanced, resilient lifestyle that sharpens their mental edge for peak performance.

Ayodeji Bamgbelu

Ayo is an inquisitive REPS accredited and Nike represented Personal Trainer with demonstrated competency in improving the physical performance and general fitness of a wide range of clientele. He utilise a holistic approach which emphasises strengthening the dots between functional strength, conditioning strategies, nutrition, recovery and lifestyle modifications. Ensuring that the route to your goals is personalised, effective and sustainable.

 

Whilst having a background in structural engineering, Ayo’s purpose has always been to coach others in achieving their personal health, fitness and wellness goals through exceptional personal training services.​

Lisa-Jane Holmes

I have over 14 years experience in the fitness industry and have been a full time Personal Trainer since 2013 - training clients in London, Dubai and the Maldives. I'm passionate about helping people discover not only a love for exercise and movement, but also to be proud of what their bodies can do - building not only fitness and strength but confidence too.

 

I've taught Spin since 2018, regularly host product launches and corporate fitness events for brands, and last year trained for and won my first White Collar Boxing match.

Stuart Cole

Stu is a personal trainer & sports massage therapist with over 10 years experience, working with busy professionals & athletes that want to transform their body's or  be pushed to their limits. Stu is a boxer with over 10 years experience in boxing and has won a southern area boxing title and is still in competition and will compete again this year! Martena has worked with an extensive range of clientele. From busy professionals to athletes. She’s contributed to publications such Marie Claire, Stylist, The Evening Standard as well as brands such as Nike & Performx providing expert fitness advice.

Greg Geppert

Greg has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. Starting with a passion for sport from a very young age, following up through education. Having graduated in Sports and Exercise Science, Greg took the knowledge and obsession with correct body movement into his fitness profession.
